The design is so fun — one folded parts under the flap in smooth lambskin leather, providing an extra compartment for your phone or cards, then the main compartment to store your other daily essentials. Opening is made easy by push button. 

The strap is long enough to wear as a crossbody, but it's perfectly fine as one shoulder too. LOVE a versatile piece. You can always tie another knot to shorten it! I also love that the leather is still in nice and supple condition.
