Authentication Check

We guarantee our bag's authenticity, it’s the core of our business value.

Every bag is personally sourced from official dealers in Japan that have gone through authentication checks, meaning they had all been fully appraised.
I also authenticate them myself before purchasing.

Return is ALWAYS accepted in the extremely unlikely case when proven to be non-authentic. For refunds, we process all payments & refunds through official Shopify platform or Google/Apple Pay, so it's transparent and well documented.

Authentication Check in Japan

We understand your concern as a customer, so we're happy to share that we now offer extra authentication check within Japan, format in either online certificate or physical certification, for an additional fee with your purchase.

How to

Add the option in your shopping cart with your selected product, and check out together at the same time. 

We will not ship your product until the authentication process is completed.
For option 1, the certificate will be sent to you by e-mail prior shipment.
For option 2, a photo of the physical certificate will be sent to you by e-mail prior shipment.
