Please understand that most of the items sold here have been previously owned. Unless otherwise stated, they will not be in absolutely flawless condition as they're true vintage or pre-loved.

Cancellation, Exchange, Return

 As the rule of thumb, we do not accept cancellation of placed orders. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact us immediately (within 5 hours of your purchase). After the initial 5 hours, we will deem the order processed and non-cancellable. 

We sincerely ask you to view all photos and videos carefully before ordering.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchange or returns, nor do we process refund, unless the product in question is deemed non-authentic.

In the extreme unlikely event that an item is proven to be a non-authentic by a third party authenticator, we will refund you 100% including shipping.

However, the merchant fee that is charged by Shopify is non refundable. This fee is usually 3-4% of the transaction and we do not keep this fee, the respective merchant keeps it.
