Article 2 (User Registration)
1. Registration for this service shall be completed when the applicant agrees to these Terms of Use, applies for registration in accordance with the method specified by the Company, and the Company notifies the applicant of its approval.
2. The Company may not approve an application for registration if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, and the Company shall have no obligation to disclose the reasons.
(1)The applicant has provided false information in the application for registration.
(2)The application is from a person who has violated these Terms of Use.
(3)In any other cases where the Company deems that the registration is not appropriate.
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
1.Users shall manage their user IDs and passwords for the Service at their own responsibility.
"2.The User shall not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend the User ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party.
In the event that a user logs in with a user ID and password combination that matches the registered information, the Company shall assume that the user who has registered the user ID is using the site."
3.The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by a third party's use of a user ID and password, except in cases where the Company is intentionally or grossly negligent.
Article 4 (Purchase Contract)
1.In the Service, a sales contract shall be formed when the User applies to the Company for purchase and the Company notifies the User that the Company has accepted the application.
"2.The ownership of the product shall be transferred to the User when the Company delivers the product to the delivery company.
The Company may cancel the sales contract described in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the User in the event that the User falls under any of the following circumstances."
(1)The user has violated these Terms of Use.
(2)In the event that delivery of the product is not completed due to an unknown delivery address or prolonged absence
(3) In any other cases where the relationship of trust between the Company and the User is deemed to have been damaged.
3.The payment method, delivery method, cancellation method of purchase application, or return method for this service shall be determined separately by the Company.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the product photos and other contents (hereinafter referred to as "Contents") provided by the Service belong to the Company, the Contents provider, and other legitimate right holders, and users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise make secondary use of the Contents without permission.
Article 6 (Prohibited Matters)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service.
1.Acts that violate laws and regulations, these Terms of Use, precautions for using the Service, precautions for shopping on the Service, or other terms of this Agreement, etc.
2.Actions that damage the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or other third parties.

Article 7 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)

2.The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the Service, regardless of the reason.
Article 8 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)
1.The Company may, without prior notice, restrict the User from using all or part of the Service, or cancel the User's registration, in any of the following cases
(1) In the event that the user violates any of the provisions of this Agreement.
(2)When it is found that there is a false fact in the registered information.
(3)When the credit card registered by the User as a means of payment is suspended.
(4) In the event that the User is in default of payment of fees or other obligations
(5)When there is no response to communication from the Company for a certain period of time
(6)When there is no use of the Service for a certain period of time after the last use
(7)In any other cases where the Company deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate.
2.The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of any action taken by the Company in accordance with this Article.
Article 9 (Withdrawal from membership)
"In the event that a member wishes to withdraw from the membership, the member must complete the withdrawal procedures in person.
The membership will be terminated after the prescribed withdrawal procedures are completed."
Article 10 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability)
1.The Company does not warrant that the Service will be free from defects (This includes defects, errors, bugs, infringement, etc., relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.) in fact or in law.
2.The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of this service.
However, if the contract (including this Agreement) between the Company and the User regarding the Service is a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption provision shall not apply, but even in this case, the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by special circumstances among damage caused to the User due to default or tort caused by the Company's negligence(except for gross negligence).
3.The Company shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that may arise between you and other users or third parties with respect to the Service.
Article 11 (Change of Service Contents, etc.)

Article 15 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)
The User may not assign or pledge to a third party his/her position in the User Agreement or rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
"These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In addition, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to the Service.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction."
